Petit Chablis

The Petit Chablis vines are situated mainly on the plateau. The ageing potential is 2 to 3 years. It well accompagnies the oysters, seafoods, snails, or also goat cheese and Gruyère.



  


Chablis

Located on the hills, the Chablis goes perfectly with fishes, shellfishes or seafoods. It is limpid, fresh, light, and its aromas and flavours develop quickly. The ageing potential is 3 to 5 years.

   

Chablis vielles vignes

This wine comes from 65 years-old vines. It’s a dry wine with mineral et fruity flavours. It can be kept for 5 to 8 years.

Chablis Fût de Chêne

Aged in 3-5 years-old oak barrels for 14 months without to be too woody, the Chablis” Fût de Chêne” gives a good balance between the wine and the oak. Its aromas are vanilla, butter and grilled-bread. The ageing potential is 5 to 8 years.

Chablis Goutte d'Or

Close to the “1er Cru Montmains”, the Chablis “Goutte d’Or is aged in oaks barrels for 8 months. Its flavours are vanilla, butter and grilled-bread. It accompagnies very good white meats, snails or frogs’ legs. It is too excellent in aperitif. The ageing potential is 5 to 8 years.

1er Cru Côte de Léchet

This white wine, with mineal and somewhat fruity, is melt in mouth. It goes well with fishes and shellfishes. It can be kept 10 to 12 years.

1er Cru Beauroy

This great wine is appreciated by the most of people through its very fruity taste. It is very supple in mouth. It can be drunk after one year in bottle and can be kept 10 to 12 years.

1er Cru Mont-de-Milieu

Great fruity and mineral wine, very supple and beautiful length in mouth. Its ageing potential is 10 to 12 years.

Grand Cru "Les Clos"

Situated on the best and sunniest hills of the area of Chablis, this Grand Cru is aged in oaks barrels for 12 months. This wine is a taste bud’s pure delight due to its length in mouth and its fruity flavour. We find too the vanilla and the grilled-bread, typicality of the Domaine Camu. The ageing potential of this high quality wine is very long, and ti can be drunk after 3 years in bottle.
